Criminals profile: Pilot Zuhair Ibrahim killed 60 people in Atareb airstrike

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Zuhair Ahmed Ibrahim, the military pilot and notorious brigadier general, stood behind the killing of 60 people and wounding 450 more last Tuesday when his Russian Su-24 pounded the northern town of Atareb with six high-explosive bombs, source told Zaman al-Wasl.

The strike struck a vegetable market where hundreds of people were crowded, such a criminal act the Syrian army pilots used to do as most of Syria’s war victims were civilians.
People say there were no fighters or weapons in the neighbourhood targeted by Syrian jet.

Ibrahim, who leads the squadron 19, took off from T4 military airbase in Syrian desert to hit the key town in northern Aleppo countryside.

According to the source, Ibrahim is "one of the most criminal pilots in the Air Force. So far he carried out more than 3 thousand sorties against the Syrian cities and villages.

Ibrahim has been fueled by blind revenge after his younger brother death and the fellow pilot who was killed by rebels in Idlib after shooting down his fighter jet in August 2012.
