A social and psychological expert told Zaman al-Wasl that children are always the main loser in wars and this has been the fifth Eid without happiness and spirit of Eid.
“All psychologists of the world would not be enough treat the effects of the war and killing on the Syrian children during the ongoing five-year war”.
The psychologist mentioned a story of a boy who did not find any child to play within the first day of Eid because of the heavy shelling of the Syrian regime on their area, which forced him to hide in the shed where he squatted and cried painfully, which requested the Psychologist to interfere to help in calming down the boy.
