Turkish Authorities have freed 8 Syrian refugees, including a woman, were detained in Ataturk airport in Istanbul over using of forged passports, one of the freed refugees told Zaman al-Wasl.

Siraj Eddin Allon, who talked to Zaman al-Wasl about his story and detention for 4 months in Ataturk airport, told Zaman al-Wasl via skype that the refugees will be transferred to Syria through Bab-Alhawa rebel-held border crossing.

Allon explained to Zaman al-Wasl that the Turkish security had indeed put him with 7 other Syrians on a coach with a-50-year old woman who was detained after returning from a visit to her son in Sudan because she before entered illegally to Turkey via Bab-Alhawa.

Allon confirmed that Turkish Authority had seized his passport, while the treatment of Airport security improved after Zaman al-Wasl had published his story.
Siraj Eddin was detained in Ataturk airport in Istanbul after he was kept moving between Istanbul and Nouakchott for 13 times because of his forged passport.
Siraj considered his return to Syria whatever risk he would be under, would be better than the situation he was in.
