Zaman al-Wasl has obtained a new wanted list issued by Syrian air intelligence in 2014 includes names of 15,000 people cross the war-torn country.
Activists said more than 70,000 people are wanted to the Syrian intelligence branches throughout Syria in addition to 21,000 army defectors.
Early 2014, an International report issued by panel of veteran investigators said 11,000 people were tortured to dead in Syrian security chambers.
More than 250,000 people have lost their lives and 12 milion forced to flee their homes since the Syrian revolution erupted in March 2015.
The peaceful protests turned into a bloody conflict and a proxy war supported by Iran and regional powers after six months of brutal crackdown by Bashar al-Assad forces.
