An old lady from Zafarana village in Homs’s countryside, expressed her opinion in what has been happening in Syria.
In a video surfaced on the internet by activists an old woman appeared while she was grinding on the mill stone and said: “we will not die, Bashar would not kill us of hunger.”
She continued grinding and added that the word “no God but Allah” equals the whole world, and added “if we died, we would die on Muhammad’s religion, but Bashar would die on the religion of the infidels”.
The National Coalition and the opposition took their share of the Homsi old woman, she accused them that all they want is the position and benefits, but that would not stay for them.
“Tomorrow they would sit on hell’s floor” the old woman added.
The Homsi woman insisted that they would not die and they sacrifice their lives to stay on the way of the Prophet Mohammed. She added that if women needed to get armed she would be the first one to carry the gun to defend the Martyrs’ sacrifices; she repeated her optimism of victory.
The old woman mentioned that she had 5 martyrs of her family, two sons, a brother and a sister and a cousin. She expressed that they would not wait for anything from the Western and Eastern world, and they only wait for the victory from God, as Homs is the city of Khalid Bin al-Waleed.
The elderly woman started singing an old song saying: “God is great above the aggressor’s hate, the God is the best supporter to the oppressed, I with certainty and arms would defend my country, as the light of truth is in my hands.”
The lady directed her talk to Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah militia and said: " Hassan, the liar and Devil, we used to wait him minute by minute to hear his speech, but we realize later that he was preparing himself to hit the Syrians”. She resembled him to Magian Abo Lulua who stabbed the Caliph Omar ibn Al-Khattab while he was praying at dawn time.
The old woman repeated her confidence in victory and prayed to God to protect fighters. In the same time she wished that God would send Bashar’s forces an earthquake and defeat them.
Syria's conflict began in March 2011 as popular protests against four decades of Assad family rule but changed into armed insurgency under a security force crackdown.
More than 250,000 people killed and over 13 million forced to flee their homes.
