FSA source: U.S. postpones entry of anti-chemical Atropine before Assad attack

Military source in the Joint chiefs of free army staff revealed that Washington had impeded the entry of Atropine material and other anti-chemical gases to Syria, before the use of chemical weapons last week in al-Ghouta near Damascus by Assad forces.

The source disclosed that Italy had sent protective devices from the chemical weapons within the atropine to Turkey two months ago , but the Italian Authorities were waiting the U.S. Embassy approval in Ankara to enter Syria.

After the chemical attack on Ghouta, US Embassy prompted to send "atropine" and masks, the source said.

In relevant development, rebels have obtained their own hand-made anti-chemical masks incase for any imminent attack by Assad on Aleppo or other Syrian areas.

Rebel leader in 'Shouhada'a Badr' brigade told Zaman Alwasl. 'We have to be prepared especially after the alleged US strike where the Assad force will be more savage and will use savage ways in killing within use of chemical weapons.
