the mistreatment of an association funded by the U.N.

Fadi Al Ghazo, a Syrian refugee told Zaman Al Wasl that most Turkish employees who work in “Life Support house” association “"HAYATA DESTEK EVİ” treat Syrians very badly with humiliating and superiority and sometimes they swear to them.

Fadi pointed out that most of the staff in the Association are loyal to the Syrian regime, therefore they bias against refugees and they treat them even worse than Turks’ treatment.

Fadi who works in and paint workshop explained that he had a Syrian family of 5 coming from Aleppo, in his small house which hardly rooms his family, and when he visited the association to help the family to get support to get the essential equipment and needs, he received no answer or help the four times he visited the institution.

Fadi explained that employees and staff of the institution help people they know, and keep delaying applications for people in real need for months and they treat people in disrespect and humiliating way.

Haj Abo Mohammed confirms Fadi’s story as he has submitted 3 months ago, but still he received no support or a reply to his application. The old man explained that he is responsible for the family of his martyr son, and confirmed that the institution's employees do not respect his age and treat him inappropriately.

“It is hard for me to see my grandchildren in need, but I have reach to a difficult when I am not able to work” said.

Therefore, Haj Abo Mohammed is forced to bear the bad treatment of the staff in “Life Support House”. He explained that refugees’ needs increase in winter in many aspects like clothes, warming equipments, school need and blankets, which worsens the suffering of refugees live in Narlija town.
