(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 126 singers and dancers who had worked in Syrian nightclubs are wanted by the Islamic State, according to an ISIS document obtained by Zaman al-Wasl.

The wanted women are used to dance and sing in the nightclubs of Raqqa, Aleppo and idlib provinces, an ISIS source said.

The artists will be stoned to death as soon as being arrested. Yet, no one has been captured, the source added.

The militant Sunni Islamist group who controls swathes of Iraq and Syria have crucified, stoned and lashed tens of musicians, sorcerers and homosexuals, accusing them of debauchery and libertinism.

Most of the wanted women are Syrians in addition to Iraqi, Egyptian, Moroccan and Tunisian nationals.

The list has mentioned their workplace, their name and nickname and province.

Syria's war started with a pro-democracy movement that grew into an armed uprising and has inflamed regional confrontations. More than 250,000 people have died in the conflict, according to United Nations estimates.
