Egyptian Education Ministry formed a committee to facilitate admission of the Syrian students in various government Egyptian schools
Dr. Maysa Fadel,
the head of the public education sector, Ministry of Education in Egypt,
confirmed that the ministry has formed a committee to facilitate admission of the Syrian students in various government Egyptian schools.
Dr. Maysa denied via "seventh day"
Egyptian site that rumors about stopping admissions in school and university
for Syrians, stressing that Syrian people are going through hard crisis and
Egypt must stand by them.
She added “the
ministry also considers allocating special classes to strengthen Syrian Student;
they are run by Syrian teachers to facilitate study for students who have
difficulties in understanding Egyptian accent.
She said that the
UNHCR has promised to provide all requirements the ministry needs to create
additional classes or school to accommodate the increasing numbers of Syrian
student.
