Bashar al-Assad's forces are preparing for a massive incursion into Moadamiya, according the local negotiators team who met with the regime representatives on Sunday.
The Assad army has locked the main crossing with the capital week ago and its bulldozers set up shields and barrier between the town and nearby Daraya and Damascus.
No one is allowed to get out just some government employees on condition not coming back home, according to activists.
