German Intelligence spied on a phone call
between senior official in Hezbollah and the Iranian Ambassador to Damascus pointing
to Bashar’s responsibility for Chemical attack on al-Ghouta
The
German newspaper "Der Spiegel" reported that German intelligence
confident that Bashar al-Assad, personally, who is responsible for the poison
gas attacks in al-Ghouta in Damascus, indicating that there are many clues,
though no solid evidence available yet.
Gerhard
Schneider, head of the German intelligence said that only experts in Syrian
regime army are able to mix the gas and mount it on missiles, and that what
happened before al-Gouta attack two weeks ago, where 1,400 people were killed
most of them children and women. However, previous attacks were diluted gas and
did not kill as many people.
One
of the clues for Bashar responsibility for the attack, is that a telephone
conversation was caught by German intelligence, as one of Hezbollah leaders told
Iranian ambassador in Damascus: “Assad lost his temper, using poison gas has
been a big mistake”.
