(Zaman Al Wasl)- At least 21 people, including 4 children, have been killed on Thursday in regime aerial bombing on rebel-held areas, monitor said.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights said 9 people have been killed in regime army attack on Kafr Takharim in northern Idlib province.
In next door Aleppo province, three children were killed in Barrel bombs attack in Bayanoon town, SNHR added.
Near the capital, three people, including a child, have been killed due to heavy artillery bombardment on Douma town.
In central province of Homs, 6 people were killed in another missile attack on al-Ghanto town, the monitoring said.
Meanwhile, Riad Hijab, coordinator of the opposition High Negotiations Committee said his group would not attend UN-brokered peace talks in Geneva until an agreement was reached on aid entering besieged towns.
"The opposition is prepared to go to Geneva if these measures are taken," Hijab told Al-Arabiya television on the eve of the planned talks.
"Tomorrow we won't be in Geneva. We could go there but we will not enter the negotiating room if our demands aren't met," he said after the opposition held its own talks in Riyadh.
More than 260,000 people have been killed since Syria's conflict erupted in 2011.
