Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) Broadcast an announcement saying: “The specialized authorities will grant financial reward of 500 thousand Syrian pounds nearly $2000  for handing  a foreigner terrorists or a financial reward of 200 thousand Syrian pounds equal to $ 800 for reporting on the whereabouts of these terrorists or helping to arrest them."

SANA confirms that the names of a person who reports remain confidential and will not be announced and he will have full necessary protection and they will be help to sort out all their problems if they were involved in the recent events.

Observers consider this announcement an ironic way similar to “American cowboys” way in announcing “wanted people” with generous financial rewards.

Moreover, observers who talked to Zaman Alwasl and Eqtsad, see this announcement as an evidence of regime inability to follow or capture rebels and jihadists, and a proof of the country disintegration and loose of law and justice.

Observers pointed out that people who believe this announcement, may be under risk of getting “double trap” as regime did before for some people who told about other, as they did not receive any money, instead they were tortured and put in prison.
