(Zaman Al Wasl)- Patients of a charitable hospital in al Waer neighborhood of Homs city are facing slow death as regime froces prevent the entry of medic, fuel and cutting off power supply, activists said.
Hassan al Asmar, local activist told Zaman al-Wasl that regime forces have banned all doctors from entering the embattled neighborhood despite a U.N.-brokered truce last December.
The regime army has also banned the entry of many basic staples as flour and sugar, residents say.
Al Waer's negotiations committee told Zaman before that regime is trying escape their demand to release 7350 detainees and it is tightening the noose on people to drop that condition.
"No release expected in the foreseeable future," source told Zaman al-Wasl.
The five-year Syrian civil war has killed more than a quarter of a million people and created a massive refugee crisis in Lebanon, Turkey and the European Union.
