German Doctor incites fighting between ISIS, FSA in Azaz

 Ahmed Ghazali, who's a field leader in the northern storm brigade (al-Aasifa) has revealed to Zaman Alwasl the main reasons which triggered the fight in Azaz, the border town north Syria, between militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) and the “al-Aasifa” brigade.

According to the field leader, fighting started when a German doctor from “Doctors without borders” visited Azaz hospital to evaluate the situation in it, and because there are patients from both ISIS and the FSA, member from ISIS invade the hospital and demanded the FSA guards to get the doctor outside the hospital. When the later refused to do what ISIS members asked for, they started shooting and killed two fighters from Storm brigade.

Clashes did not stop at that end, fighting spreaded outside the hospital to cover most areas in Azaz.   

Ghazali added that when FSA members refused to abide by ISIS order and refused to get the Doctor outside, the later he refused to elements Brigade out German physician oldest elements of the state on fire, killing two of “al-Aasifa”, and then clashes broke out in the hospital and spread in all regions of Azaz and use the elements of the state Aldochkh also cited two of the storm , while the output doctor of the entire Azaz .

Ghazali confirmed that the brigade besieged ISIS’s members since afternoon and they were able to kill them, but they preferred not to do so.

The leader mentioned that Islamists did not respect people’s houses when fighters from al-Asifa left Azaz after running out of weapons.

ISIS fighters tried to take over the headquarters of al-Asifa brigade, but they were prevented.

Al-Tawheed brigade and the ninth command heading to the headquarters of al-Asifa brigade to support them in their battle against Takfiries.

On the other hand , Ghazali mentioned that some leaders of the state, including Abu Ibrahim al-Shishani pledge for fighters to stop, stressing on the sanctity of Muslim blood, but they did not listen especially the foreigners. While Abo Bakr al-Baghdadi encouraged his fighters to go ahead with fighting.

At the time of the leader talk, he confirmed that the town still under ISIS control with extreme lack of movement of people spreading of terror in the hearts of everyone.
