One
of the rebels from Idlib told Zaman Alwasl about a Cypress, and how it helped
the rebels in controlling al-Eskan camp in Idlib countryside.
The story
started when fighters discovered a very tall Cypress, about 500 meters way from
the camp, which inspired leaders to use it for monitoring the camp.
The rebel
continued saying: “ monitoring process took about 90 minutes, and from that
point we were able see the entire camp with military gathering areas, which
helped the mortar launchers to hit their
targets accurately, killing dozens of
regime forces.
“After completing monitoring and
preparation to break into, a Saudi fighters suggested setting up machine gun
"PKC" on Cypress and connected a camera for better monitoring then
opened fire on the camp killing dozens of soldiers who were hiding behind the
camp wall” the rebel added.
After all that loss the rest of regime forces managed to discover
the gun machine, they hit Cypress and managed to cut some branches of it, but
the clever fighter kept safe, ended the narrator.
