Forged documents to transfer ownership of refugee properties

Many Syrians have witnessed transferring of the ownership of their properties into other owners, moreover, many properties have been sold where the thieves have used forged documents, according to Eqtsad, Business newspaper.

 Official sources confirmed that the situation has reached a limit cannot be ignored, which prompted the regime's Ministry of Interior to tackle the problem.

From its side, the ministry established the One Stop service, and connected it directly with the electronic gate of  the real estate directorate. To be able to update it with te correct information to prevent forgery, according to Adel al-Diri, the deputy of minister of interior.

Al-Diri admitted the incidence of many cases where forged documents or even fraud personal seller. He confirmed that the “One Stop Srvice” came as a response to forgery incidence because it threaten the public interest as the selling may be without the owners’ knowledge or they may be dead or abroad.

Many wonder about the fate of the properties which robbed or sold, and how can the regime procedures could be applied in liberated areas.
