(Zaman Al Wasl)- Zaman al-Wasl followed tense arguments in pro-regime ranks including accusations of treason and selling points insinuated by photos published by Jund al-Aqsa brigade for one regime location in Hama countryside. The photos show regime forces escape leaving behind them 4 armored vehicles despite extreme fortification of the location.
The photos which provoked argument and accusations observed a security point for regime army near Karah village and were taken from air via a small drone. The point appeared surrounded by a sand barricade from all sides except for one opening (for entrance and exit of vehicles and personnel) and in front of the barricade a tunnel was dug to increase fortification in which appears two buildings and 4 heavily armored vehicles.
Regime loyalists considered that the point was sufficiently fortified to defend it and not withdraw and that leaving tanks to be looted by Jund al-Aqsa is a treason especially that two of the tanks were provided with an extra protection cage.
Despite that one of the regime solider who was driving one of the tanks called himself Saleh al-Ali confirming escape of his colleagues and leaving tanks behind, the regime loyalists rushed to justify and offered a completely different narrative for this soldier who witnessed the battle. They claimed the checkpoint was struck with poisonous chlorine and that most soldiers were about to die if it was not their colleague to rescue them without giving the narrators any logical explanation to how some soldiers inhaled chlorine and got poisoned whereas others who were in the same location did not.
Although Saleh al-Ali did not mention anything about chlorine in his narrative not even a hint, the loyalists remained insistence on their narrative. They even cursed an Egyptian journalist who was fiercely defending Bashar al-Assad regime and cursed his country when he asked why regime soldiers withdrew from the location leaving their tanks behind.
Later, the journalist confirmed he stopped talking about the Syrian issue due to continuous curses and insults for the page admin and to Egypt.
The argument did not stop with the loyalists, but also a fighter from Syrian resistance factions fighting in Hama countryside confirmed Saleh al-Ali narrative who survived with his tank although he was driving it slowly due to a damage in the gear.
Saleh al-Ali tried to show himself as a hero who did not fear the armed men and he drove his tank among them, the fighter on the other side said Saleh was driving his tank slowly which made rebels think it is theirs and that’s why they left it without notice but they looted 4 tanks.
Saleh al-Ali published his conversation with the fighter on messenger after the later commented on one of the loyalist pages confirming what the regime personnel narrated was true (note: the fighter who belongs to a rebel faction had commented on a post by the loyalist pages regarding this and Saleh was following the post and when he saw the fighter comment, he sent him a private message and later he published the message to confirm his narrative of his colleagues escape from the location).
