Al-Qaeda linked-groups with FSA rebels are very close to retake a strategic town in northern Syria, field sources told Zaman Alwasl.
The Islamic State in Iraq and and al-Sham and Jabhat al-Nusrah have cut off Assad forces' only supply route out of the city of Aleppo near Khanasir, a town that sits on the government supply route connecting the Northern Province to the central city of Hama.

village, near Khanser, killing 25 soldiers at least and dozens wounded

The vital town has witnessed fierce
clashes between rebels and Assad forces to control it before the withdrawal of
Free Syrian Army fighters, regarding its important position next to the regime
Defence factories and Regime's military bases in al-Sfira.
