Shariah Council in Idlib prohibits Trading of Antiquities and Molten Copper


Set of decisions issued by the Shariah Judicial Council in Idlib, preventing, whereby, all excavations and antiquities trade, under penalty of confiscation of equipment and severe penalties against violators. According to Eqtsad,  Zaman Alwasl's fellow newspaper.

The council, also, issued another decision, requesting from all soldiers who still with regime forces to join their people before 31.03.2013, and the basic responsibility on their parents who should ask their sons to do that and anyone who violates this statement exposes himself to prosecution and considered his son growled blood wherever it is found.

The Judicial Council with its courts consider the legitimate and the only body that authorized to conduct investigation and judging in the cases of the defectors from the regular army.

In a third resolution was prohibiting molten copper trade, whatever the reason; the council had warned of confiscating any quantities from traders or dears, and threatened the violators by strongest sanctions.
