ISIS has 'HR department' sorts all jihadists data, experiences

 
(Zaman Al Wasl)- New leaked and detailed document issued by the Islamic State in 2014  reveals how the radical group sorted and registered all experiences of the Jihadists before and during their stay in the group.

The documents have been written and organized by the ‘Human Resources Committee’, an ISIS body tracks all Jihadists data based in Raqqa, the de facto capital.

The document is similar to the intelligence data form that should include everything about the jihadist. All activists he did, countries he visited, professions he served.

The 'questionnaire' is including 23 pages, starting with the Jihadist's first name, last name, code name, field of fighting, and his Emir or the commander in-charge and his province.

The ‘HR’ department urged the fighters to tell the truth and to be honest in what they writing and filling. In return, the department pledged to burn the the paper documents after the being computerized.

Jihadists should mention all their jihadist history if they have and with whom they fought before and if relatives or family members had joined the ‘State’.

The subsequent field asks the criminal record of the jihadist whether previously had been sentenced by ISIS courts or Shariah judges, and whether he had been imprisoned, and whether he had left a job in the ISIS or had been expelled.

 Education and skills should be mentioned , even the skilled in using social media and the familiarity with smartphones apps.

ISIS delay the inquiry of the religious level till the sixth page while the seven and the eight pages are about the military experience the jihadist made during his stay with ISIS.
 
The tenth page including 11 questions about the wealth of the jihadist and what he obtained of money or property even the electric devices.
 
According to questionnaire, the jihadist have the ability to send ‘message’ for ISIS offcials including the caliphate to express his view or critics.


 
Zaman al-Wasl has also obtained new batch of ISIS data, including the inner circle correspondents and names of the leading commanders and their duties and tasks.

 The leaked data has reveals how ISIS manages its caliphate business and warfare, including orders of executions, names of commanders and their backgrounds, their inner correspondents, ‘oil refunds, ISIS’ elite commanders who role the caliphate.

Also, a new data of EU jihadists has been obtained, including data of Britons, French, Belgians and Swedish, besides names of jihadist from Australia, China, Turkey  and Arab states.

In January 2016, Zaman Al Wasl exclusively obtained the personal data of 1736 ISIS fighters from over 40 countries, including their backgrounds, nationalities and hometown addresses.

The data document is including 23 questions, starting with the Jihadist's first name, last name, code name, date of birth and nationality. The jihadist who cross the the Islamic State's borders for the first time is ought to acknowledge the Borders Administration everything about himself, even what he wants to be in ISIS, a fighter or a suicide bomber.
