19 people killed on Sunday in the US-led coalition airstrikes on Raqqa province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The aerial bombing hit a school that turned into a displaced shelter for tens of families in al-Kasrat village south of the Islamic State's de facto capital.
Amaq news agency said 15 more people were wounded in the strikes that support the US-formed and backed Syria Democratic Forces.
