Assad forces arrest young mother, leaving her infant for strangers: Damascus



Assad security forces arrested a young mother, leaving her infant for strangers in the street days ago, activists said.

Mountaha was crossing regime's checkpoints in the embattled neighborhood of Barzeh when she discovered that her name and her husband name on regime's black list which contains at least 100,000 wanted-people for Assad's security over charges of involving in the revolution and being activists.

The security forces gave the 1-month-old baby for the strangers in micro-bus.

Barezh Local Coordination called through social media for who can help reaching the baby relatives, his mother name is Mountaha and his father name is Mohamed from Daraa.

The coordination has no more information just what the passengers could get from the security agent who was a little bit 'gentle' and gave them the names of father and mother of the baby.

The civil war between forces loyal to Bashar al-Assad and rebels seeking his overthrow has raged for 33 months and killed more than 126,000 people.
