A Reuters reporter heard at least two explosions in Afghanistan's eastern city of Jalalabad on Tuesday, in an area close to shops and government offices, followed by gunshots.
The blasts were the latest in a series that hit Jalalabad in recent weeks, killing and wounding dozens of people. There was no immediate claim of responsibility but most of the attacks have been claimed by militant group Daesh (ISIS).
