Local sources reported that thousands of people from East Markada in “Alhjish” village and neighborhoods, were forced to leave their houses and run away to the nearby villages, to live in a camp they have established in hurry.
Sources explained that around 5 thousand people have been living in that camp for 56 days. The camp lack minimum services to meet essential human being needs. People there hope to return to their houses once the fighting between ISIS and al-Nusra front stopped.
Moreover, the area witnesses a huge displacement movement for people from Jnah, Alsa’ada, Algharbiya, Alhsin and Almweleh villages after the fighting has moved to them and their houses were bombed.
“People in those areas are extremely scared and unstable as a result of the continuous moving of battle fields from village to another, which forced people to move south to Dier al-Zor or north to al-Shadadi city o al-Hasaha” according to sources.
Sources from the Free Syrian Army said that members from ISIS have occupied houses belong to fighters from the FSA and al-Nusra front in Markada and other areas fell under their control , beside burning houses belong to relatives of Liwa Alhamzawi leader, which is part of the FSA and fight together against ISIS.
In a relevant content, sources from the FSA reported that fighting between them and ISIS was resumed yesterday near Alraqawi village to the south of Markada where the FSA trapped many members from ISIS when they were trying to advance toward the Eastern barrier; however sources from ISIS reported that the “State” stopped an attack targeting Alhsain town.
