(Zaman Al Wasl)- A suspected Turkish force has made an overnight air drop in Idlib countryside, tracking Hurras al-Din group, the new al-Qaeda branch in Syria, local reporter said.
The helicopter-borne raid has been chasing a convoy for Hurras al-Din fighters near the village of Barisha (About 3 miles from the Turkish border).
Another report says the operation is carried out by the US Army targetting Daesh (ISIS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and his family.
On Sept. 16, Daesh's media network issued a 30-minute audio message purporting to come from Baghdadi, in which he said operations were taking place daily and called on supporters to free women jailed in camps in Iraq and Syria over their alleged links to his group.
