Four pro-regime militants were killed and six wounded in a landline explosion in the central province of Hama, state-run news agency reported Thursday.
The landmine went off while a military bus was passing near the village of Rasm Ghazali in the eastern countryside of Hama, SANA said.
The oppositional Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the landmine is a leftover by Daesh.
Daesh fighters have ramped up their attacks in the past months against regime forces and allied militias.
More than 220,000 regime forces have been killed since the armed conflict erupted nine years ago.
The conflict in Syria has also killed more than 500,000 people and displaced 13.2 million.
