The Turkish-backed Syrian National Army launched an arrest campaign targeting wanted people in Jarablus city in the northern province of Aleppo, local reporter said Sunday.
The National Army has imposed a complete curfew in the city of Jarablus, seeking to hunt drug dealers, smugglers and thieves, in addition to tracking the assassinations cells in the region.
The National Army has launched several campaigns over the past two years to uproot rebel groups who were involved in the thugs' acts in the ‘Euphrates Shield’ region northeastern Aleppo province.
Turkish troops and allied rebels seized the Afrin region from Kurdish forces in March 2018 after a two-month air and ground offensive.
