(Zaman Al Wasl Leaks)- A recent document leaked by the Syrian regime’s security showed how the regime knew all crimes committed by “Shabiha” in Salamiyah city east Hama province.
Zaman al-Wasl obtained a document dated on 10-2- 2014 from branch 291 of the General Intelligence, showed a report of a member of security worked to Ali Hamdan, who admitted killing 23 women and men and got rid of their bodies.
The document showed names of victims and date of abduction andtorturing, confirming that even children were subject to such crimes, and women were sexually harassed and raped.
The document detailed violations committed over a year and a half, which confirmed that regime knew about Hamdan’s crimes in Salamiyah, especially Khnaifis.
The alarming point of the document is that most people mentioned in the report were ordinary people not wanted by the regime.
The report documented abduction of a woman and her 15 years old girl, abusing and killing them. Also, killing a family of 4 and harassing the wife.
Moreover, the report mentioned that Ali Hamdan owned a flat in Zahra neighborhood, the pro-regime area, in Homs, visited frequently and use it to hide abductees and harassing women.
This document adds another proof that regime involved in those crimes and turned a blind eye to what was going on.
