Gruesome atrocities in security chambers nad prisons cells have no ending as the Bashar al-Assad’s regime stays in power.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The documentary is produced by Zaman al-Wasl.&nbsp;</font></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><font>The arrest by the Assad regime is systematic, especially with women where the arrest have become a lethal weapon and despicable. It’s a double-edged knife or more. It depends on intimidating the female detainee, breaking her psychologically, humiliating her family and taking revenge from the opposition milieu.. And most importantly, depriving the detainee of her future.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font><div></div><br></font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The society perspective over the female detainee is engulfed with indictment and suspicion due to regime leaks about atrocities committed against them by the prison officers and flagellant.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The woman prisoner pays double price for a crime she never committed.&nbsp;</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>If we assume that demanding your right to live in dignity is a crime.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>There is no accurate numerical data for women prisoners or a number of those died under torture.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The Arab Organization for Human Rights says the number of female detainees in the regime prisons is more than 175,000. Other stats made by advocate groups reveal lower or higher number.. But injustice is still injustice.. whatever the number.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The first shout for freedom has broken the fear of Syrians, it was the voice of all. Men, women.. young men and girls.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Syrian women were there at the first peaceful demonstrations and were among the first arrested.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>In March 2011, the Syrian people took to the streets to say their word, after an age-long congestion, decades of oppression and tyranny.. They called for freedom, demanding their natural right to live an honorable life where social justice and liberty..</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Everybody participated in the revolution; bullets of regime forces indiscriminately shot in the face of all. Martyrs were men, women and children.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Arrest campaigns tracked all civilians, no norm or moral standard took into consideration.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Arrest campaigns were random.. mass punishment and intimidation.. most of female detainees had no active role in the demonstrations.. but they had been arrested because they were residents of a certain area, or from a revolutionary city.. Some were arbitrarily detained by the regime to pressure their families. After the military escalation, women were arrested to be a part of prisoner exchange and swap deals.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The arbitrary arrest began before the revolution erupted in 2011.. Arrest is a fundamental practice by the Assad regime, It’s the core of the regime nature.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>All know that Syria has 13 Intelligence departments, each one has numerous prisons. Some are known and some are still secret, some are identified by a number and some have no number. All have been operating since the Assad family took power in 1970.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>In 1980s, a large-scale arrest campaign launched by the Syrian regime, some cases had been documented for women apprehended over links with the Muslim Brotherhood, or the Communist Action Party, or even without a charge.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Adra Central Prison, which founded to be a civilian prison, was not much different from security services prisons.. ‘Adra’ and other prisons.. are cellars for detention where no judicial power, laws or legal regulations are being implemented.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The only benefit of Adra prison is the regime recognition of all people held in the detention.. While the detainees in other prisons have been abandoned and forgotten, without names or recognition, without any guarantees or rights, including. The right to life.</font></div><div><font>&nbsp;</font></div><div><font>Who dies in security branches is deprived from his right in proper burial.. and in a tombstone mentions his name.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>To reach Adra prison is a step towards freedom since its an admission that the female detainee is alive.. but that does not mean that she is approaching freedom .. because who put her in 'Adra' are able to forcibly disappear her again in new prison.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Sure, not all female detainees had been endured to physical assault, but all of them were subjected to psychological abuse. The deep impact damage is indelible. It can stay forever. The hardest experience of the detention is when you realize that, getting out of prison not always means you have obtained your freedom.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Most of the security prisons have underground cells. No windows, thick and clammy walls, bricks mashed with blood, clay saturated with tears, spirits choked with dust where nobody hears.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Blood has a smell, but has no voice, tears have a taste but have no voice. The slogan first emerged during the Tunisian Revolution</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>. &nbsp;</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Zaman al-Wasl has&nbsp;interviewed&nbsp;Dr. Kisar, 44, in the town of Maarret al-Nu'man in order to shed the light on the story of a high-profiled activist whose most significant quality is that she is simply a Syrian citizen who was in love with her country and devoted to it, despite having the American citizenship.&nbsp;</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font><div></div><br></font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>She chose to work with people, in the most difficult circumstances; starting from the relief field, reaching the establishment of a developmental educational organization, which she reached after having helped in rehabilitating managers of the local councils, and in building its structures and tasks. Rania Caesar’s is a Syrian tale worthy of being narrated and heard by the Syrians and by the entire world.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Kisar lived in the United States, where she studied, worked and then served as the director of the admissions office in the largest Dallas University in Texas. He was displaced along with his family from the Sinjar area to the town of Harim after the Assad barrels destroyed their house. While his mother was preparing dinner in their primitive home devoid of the necessary elements of cooking and life in general, the flames of fire devoured Hussein’s face and body and forever distorted his forgotten childhood lost in the clutches of oppression and pain. &nbsp;&nbsp;</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The child is in urgent need today for periodical medical follow up, special treatment as well as several cosmetic surgeries. It affected his four limbs, then extended to most of his body parts, leaving him completely and entirely disabled, unable to walk, unable to move, and unable to serve himself.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Since he was a child, Adnan has been passionate about his studies, however he couldn’t pursue his studies past the sixth grade because of the complexities of his muscle dystrophy, especially since he lost the ability to use his hands to hold a pen. Several years ago, Adnan's family were obliged to flee their home in the city of Suran, after the Assad militia had taken over the city.</font></div><div><font>Adnan consulted a number of hospitals of the north of Syria, and learned that his treatment is not available in the liberated areas , therefore he has to go to Turkey for the needed treatment of the physical therapy.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Adnan appealed, without success, to the concerned authorities and organizations to ensure him the medical travel to Turkey for the necessary treatment. They said regime would not dare to pound them to avoid the Isralei retaliation.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><div><font>&nbsp;Most of refugees fled an area so-called "Triangle of Death", which connects southern Damascus countryside with Daraa and Quneitra provinces. &nbsp;&nbsp;</font>Rebels say elite regime troops backed by Iranian-backed local militias have been escalating hit and run attacks on their posts in "Triangle of Death" north of Daraa.<font>&nbsp;</font></div><div><font><br></font></div></div><div><font>The UN on Thursday warned escalation in Syria's south could have dangerous repercussions for the estimated 750,000 civilians in the rebel-held area.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Syrian regime forces had so far made heavy use of artillery and rockets in the current assault, and Russian warplanes that were critical to the recovery of other rebel-held areas had not been deployed until now.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Jordan said Sunday it would be unable to host a new wave of Syrian refugees, according too AFP.</font></div><div><font>&nbsp;</font></div><div><font>Some 650,000 Syrian refugees have registered with the United Nations in Jordan since fleeing their country's seven-year war, which was sparked by peaceful anti-regime protests in 2011.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Amman estimates the actual number is closer to 1.3 million people and says it has spent more than US$10 billion (RM40 billion) hosting them.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>In recent weeks regime forces have dropped leaflets over Daraa and Quneitra, warning of impending military operations and calling on the rebels to surrender.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>&nbsp;</font></div><div><font>&nbsp;</font></div><div><br></div>]]></content:encoded>

						<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><font><div></div><br></font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>&nbsp;&nbsp; (Zaman Al Wasl TV)- More than 3000 people,&nbsp;including&nbsp;rebels and their families, have been stranded in northern Syria after they failed to get permission to enter the Turkish-held areas of al-Abab and Jarabulus.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>In this report, Zaman Al Wasl TV sheds the light on the suffering of northern Homs displaced.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>About 58 buses stuffed with the disappointed evacuees have returned back to Qalaat al-Madiq in Homs where they will be distributed in 13 camps.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Evacuation operations were suspended for three days in central Hama and Homs provinces as the Turkish authorities say areas under its control are overloaded with displaced and the relief organizations can not afford the proper service for new displaced batches after receiving about 70000 people in the last few weeks.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Sources told Zaman al-Wasl taht the local negotiation committee in Rastan agreed with Russia to delay the evacuation efforts for three days in order to arrange better leaving conditions for rebels and their families.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Turkey argued that there were no places because of the influx of large numbers of displaced people as at least 25000 people were scheduled to leave central Syria.&nbsp;</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Hundreds of displaced people from southern Damascus and northern Homs province have been stranded at the gate of Abu al-Zendan, the main gate to the Turkish-backed forces in Jarabulus and al-Bab towns before changing the destination to Idlib.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>A displaced woman from northern Homs died of heart attack at the gate of al-Bab town on Tuesday as activists blamed the Turkish-backed Euphrates Shield forces for delaying the entry of the evacuees.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Rebels representing several major Free Syrian Army factions capitulated to a Russian-imposed deal after marathon talks with Russian generals on May 2 in Dar al-Kabira town in the northern Homs countryside.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The deal forced them to hand in heavy weapons and gave those rebels not ready to make peace with the army the option of leaving with light arms to rebel-held areas in northern Syria, Reuters reported.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Russia exerted pressure by pounding the main towns of the enclave, where over 300,000 inhabitants live, in an escalation that killed and wounded dozens, rebels and residents said.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>The war has been going Bashar Assad’s way since Russia intervened on his side in 2015.
