Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawan Thursday issued arrest warrants for two Syrians accused of being ISIS members.
The men, who are already in custody, allegedly planned to carry out terrorist attacks, investigators concluded after interrogating them.
A judicial source told The Daily Star the two men were also charged with taking part in clashes against the Lebanese Army in the northeastern border town of Arsal last August.
Sawan referred them to the Military Tribunal. (The Daily Star)
