Raqqa activists accuse ISIS of secret truce with Assad forces

 

 Ar Raqqa local activists have accused militants of 'The Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham' of a secret truce with the Assad forces in the Syrian north east province.

Source of the ISIS said that our main mission is to protect the City from any offensive by the Assad forces not attacking its brigades which situated on the city outskirts.''

 ''We are ready to face the Assad's army convoys whose intended to enter Ar raqqah, as we did before,'' the source added.

The Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham is Jihadist group which took control on Ar raqqa months ago was announced by the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, made up of the al-Qaeda tied Islamic State of Iraq, and Jabhat al-Nusra.

In relevant development, The 'State' former Emir of al-Dana in north Idlib, Abo Usama al-Tunisi, originally from Tunisia, was moved to Dara'a.
