ِAl Qaeda's Syria wing, the Nusra Front, has executed sons of a tribe leader over charges of cooperating with Syrian regime army in northern Idlib province, activists said Tuesday.
Nayef and Abdulhai, sons of Sheikh Nouri Nawaf al-Jerkh, head of al-Hadedeyin tribe, were beheaded after being accused of smuggling food and aid to Bashar al-Assad forces in Abu Dhour military airport, which has been under Nusra's seige since months.
Al-Hadedeyin tribe has big influence in Hama, Homs and Idlib provinces and its considered as one of the most loyal tribes to Assad.
Syrian Defense Minister, Fahd Jasem al-Fraij is a member of al-Hadedeyin tribe as well as the commander of powerful Dumeir military airport, Jayez Mousa.
