At least 19 people, including 7 women, have been killed in southern province of Daraa, activists said Wednesday as regime air force extends its aerial campaign on southern region of the war-torn country.
Activists and monitoring groups said 12 people had been killed and dozens wounded in missile attack on Saida village in the eastern countryside of Daraa.
Also, 7 women were killed in barrel bomb attacks on Tiba village, activists said.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Network for Human Rights said Wednesday's death toll reached 43 by Bashar al-Assad forces.
The Syrian conflict began as a peaceful movement that morphed into a civil war that has killed more than 230,000 people and forced half the population to flee their homes.
