Few days ago, the Arabic version of Zaman al-Wasl’s Facebook page was verified with the blue badge, after it was pirated and falsely reported many times, therefore, Zaman al-Wasl has become the first Syrian newspaper to get that verification, coincided with reaching its followers to 300 Thousand followers.
Although Twitter is back-lagged and less spread from facebook in the Arab world, Zaman al-Wasl followers reach to 18 thousand following the newspaper's twitters.
Moreover, Zaman al-Wasl invaded the smart phone world after introducing an application for android and IOS.
In the Internet space, the most important aspect, Zaman al-Wasl was the first among the Syrian newspapers to follow, as its viewers reach to 2.5 Million visits a month. Zaman al-Wasl has rank 12381 internationally according to Alexa.
Zaman al-Wasl has been working hard to improve and verify its contents and design, and enhancing the copywriting and editing, to reach to significant addition to the electronic media, the Syrian's in particular which is adopting the principles of the Syrian revolution.
Zaman al-Wasl realises that all media corporations and news agencies are directly connected to the social media websites, and the smart phones to an extent that they have become irreplaceable for any media corporation.
Leaks of "Zaman al-Wasl", which contained hundreds of documents proved its keen to know the truth and show it to people and now the newspaper is preparing to publish thousands new ones.
