Assad air strikes kill 14 people across Aleppo

Syrian regime air strikes killed 12 people and wounded dozens across northern province of Aleppo on Wednesday, activists and Zaman al-Wasl reporter said.

At least 8 people, including 3 children, have lost their lives in Darret Ezzat town due to 4 vacuum missiles stormed their neighborhood.

Also, regime barrel bombs attacks have killed 4 children and one women in Nadef village in the eastern countryside of the war-torn province.

More raids have carried out on the southern countryside, targeting Shwailiekh, Qasis and Abu Sousa villages, one woman reportedly killed.

Aleppo city is divided between the Syria military, backed by militia, and a range of insurgent groups including al Qaeda's Nusra Front, Islamist brigades and Western-backed rebels.

Syria's conflict began in March 2011 as popular protests against four decades of Assad family rule but changed into armed insurgency under a security force crackdown.

More than 230,000 people killed and over 12 million forced to flee their homes.
