Rebels of the northern countryside of Homs have stormed Tasnin town on Saturday after targeting army checkpoints by grad missiles, activists said.
Rebels who announced a new command room including dominant Ahrar al-Sham movement and al-Qaeda-linked group Nusra Front are pushing hard to take full control of the northern region of central city of Homs.
Rebels' advance came amid rapid setbacks for Syrian forces and its allied militias in north and east of the war-torn country.
