Commanders of Syria's key rebel group Ahrar al-Sham movement have been under fire amid a mounting number of senior fighters killed by unidentified groups.
On Saturday, Abu Rateb al-Mazzawi, Ahrar al-Sham's senior commander in Eastern Ghouta suburbs, was killed in an explosive device planted in his car, while Abu Mousa al-Kanakri had escaped an assassination attempt near Damascus, according to activists.
Ahrar's commander in Hama countryside was also escaped death before an explosive device exploded in his car.
In its turn, al-Qaeda-linked Nusra Front said senior commander in Ma'rret al-Nouman was escaped another explosive.
Activists and rebels groups have accused Islamic State and Syrian regime by doing such serial killing.
