At least 19 people were killed on Monday in Syrian regime's barrel bomb attacks on northern province of Idlib, a monitoring group said.
The Syrian Network of Human Rights said least 19 people have been killed in al-Barra and al-Hatib towns in the rebel-held province.
According to the UN, more than 250,000 people have been killed since Syrian revolution erupted in March 2011.
