Rebel factions operating in the northern province of Aleppo have carried out Sunday the first car bomb against Ultra-hardline Islamic State group, leaving dozens killed and wounded, rebel commander said in statement.
Khaled al-Hammad, General Secretary of Jabhat al-Asala and al-Tanmiya (Authenticity and Development Front), said a suicide bomber of his group had detonated his explosives-laden vehicle near an ISIS checkpoint in Harbel town in the northern countryside of the war-torn province.
Hamad said most casualties were from ISIS fighters and no civilians reported killed.
