Rebels have taken
full control of Ariha city in Idlib province, Activists said.
The city
fell by FSA Brigades after a week of intense fighting in the city between Bashar
al-Assad's forces and battalions of Ahrar al-Sham, Jabhat al-Nusra and Suqoor
al-Shab, the British-based Syrian Observatory said.
The rebels also
have captured the pro-Assad National Defence Force checkpoints in the city.
Assad's air force had bombarded the city more
than 7 times yesterday, no reports on the number
of losses. 2 men and a girl were killed by the regime
bombardment on the city, others were injured, the observatory reported.
