(Zaman Al Wasl)- Many German media reports revealed that German Federal Criminal Police (BKA) has opened files for some refugees suspected they were involved in war crimes in Syria.

Zaman Al Wasl checked files and found that "BKA" put signs against 10 files for Syrian asylum seekers under accusation of joining terrorist groups or committing war crimes

BKA revealed that files of the 10 asylum seekers are being studied and investigated carefully as they have more than 100 files indicating their involvement in crimes and human rights violations.

One of the media reports mentioned that a file of “Hussein. W” reported he was a member of the national Defense forces, and he was recognised by many refugees and witnessed that he committed many cases of physical abuse, which made him leave to Netherlands where he proceeded for another asylum application there.

Zaman Al Wasl managed to reach to the real name of that person who was "Hussein Wardeh” the commander of a group of mercenaries. The newspaper has previously published reports about violations of National Defense militias in Salamiyeh like crimes of killing, burning, torturing, looting and rape against Syrians of different backgrounds.

Zaman Al Wasl noticed that some news reports confirmed that “Hussein. W" has left to Netherlands where he faced similar charges to those he faced in Germany before leaving the country.

Reports mentioned that victims of "Hussein Wardeh” recognized him and faced him with his crimes, but he did his best to minimize the accusations and deny them by claiming for example that wearing military uniform is normal practice in Salamiyeh if people wanted to hunt rabbits, moreover, he claimed that he run away from the Islamic State’s crimes, therefore, only Islamists extremist who accuse him, describing them as liars.

Zaman Al Wasl had on 4th July 2015 published a special report of Salamiyeh mentioning "Hussein Wardeh” by name, in the list of mercenaries who run militias of National Defense. The report at the time mentioned that the centre of the National Defense forces in Salamihyeh was directed by Fadel Wardeh, a parliament member, and it was divided into many battalions of almost 200 members each, and led by many including Wardeh.

Moreover the report mentioned that lot of information indicates that "Hussein Wardeh” was responsible for about 200 members of the national defense militias who committed crimes of kidnapping and killing and detention.

Zaman Al Wasl has recognised another suspect in serious violations among refugees to Germany "Mohammed Tavnakji" son of Ahmad and Hiam who was born in Aleppo and served in Mezzah military hospital, the worst reputed hospital in Syria, that was turned out to become a centre of torturing and killing prisoners besides being a centre to collect the bodies of victims of torture received from different intelligence.

Zaman Al Wasl was the first to identify “Tevnakji" and provided his personal information and picture when he appeared in front of the victims’ bodies in the garage of Mezzeh military hospital, where he was wearing military uniform, plastic gloves, which indicated his involvement in packaging and transferring bodies of victims.

"Zaman Al Wasl" as a Syrian institution determined to follow up on this file, as it has been about to open it following the "interactive approach" as it made every document and evidence available to public and in the same time opens the door wide to receive all images and information from the public.

Moreover, Zaman Al Wasl declares again, its readiness to provide any official document or information from those it possesses to any judicial or civil body or human rights organisation intending to seek prosecution against people suspected of involvement in violations and crimes against Syrians.
