(Zaman Al Wasl)- Seven civilians were killed on Friday in an ambush set up by Syrian regime militia near the embattled region of al-Houla in central province of Homs during their try to enter food and fuel to their town, local reporter said.
The victims have been killed near Kafranan village, 7 miles (10 km) east of al-Houla town when Shabiha militants opened fire on their tractor. Four of them were from the same family, father, two sons and uncle.
For over four years al-Houla region has been under suffocating siege by Bashar al-Assad forces and allied militias. More than 150 people have been killed in attempts to break the siege.
