Rebels recapture two border villages from ISIS northern Aleppo

(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian rebel group fighting ISIS in northern province of Aleppo has recaptured two border villages with Turkey from the radical group, commander said on Saturday.

Al Shamiya Front fighters have recaptured villages of Harajleh and Dalha on the Turkish border, inflicting heavy losses on ISIS, rebel commander told Zaman al Wasl.

 Abu Mohamed, senior commander in al Shamiya, said dozens of ISIS fighters were killed, and 4 more were held captive, posting footage for them.

No casualties fell among his group, he added.

Since 2011, four million Syrians have fled abroad. Millions more have been internally displaced, while at least 250,000 have been killed.
