Escaping US strike, Assad forces occupy schools and Universities

 While the alleged US strike is getting close, the Assad regime is looking for an escape for its soldiers, the suitable shelter is schools and Universities according to reports by activists and eye-witnesses.

Previous reports reported that Assad had evacuated the Intelligence headquarters and chiefs of staff, even rumors said that Assad, himself, in Iran.

Activists said that al-Baath University in Homs turned to a military base now after evacuating the War college as well as schools in Damascus Suburbs like al-Barameka and al-Tijara.

Analysts attributed that because bombing the Schools and civil institutions are internationally prohibited. Even more the regime has left the detainees alone in their cells and chambers, activists said.

Using inhabitants as human shield is not the first time by Assad's forces, even though people are more optimistic that the U.S. strike will not be randomly as the Assad's ones, It definitely knows its target.
