Draft sets formation pillars of interim government, Toma to be consensus PM

 A law draft, sets the formation pillars of the opposition interim government and its permissions, was proposed by Dr. Kamal Ellabawni, member in the political command of National Coalition.

Well-informed source told Zaman Alwasl that Dr. Ahmed To'ma will be the consensus candidate for government presidency in the upcoming coalition meeting.

Zaman Alwasl Arabic published the full draft which has stripped the Interim foreign minister of his powers as appointing Ambassadors to restrict that function by the political command only.
