(Zaman Al Wals)- Powerful Islam Army group arrested two brothers in Eastern Ghouta suburbs east of Damascus over links with the Islamic State, sources told Zaman al-Wasl Tuesday.
Nasif al-Mohamed, 24, and his brother Ahmed, 17, who work in local relief associations in Yelda suburb, were arrested over cooperating with ISIS group in the nearby district of al-Hajer al-Aswad.
Such a claim was denied by the elder brother, Yemen, who said the arrest was to force ISIS freeing senior commander in Islam Army since "we have relatives fight along with ISIS in al-Hajer al-Aswad," he added.
