Small traders have to pay royalty to security in Homs

Owners of commercial shacks in city of Homs are obliged to pay royalties to the Political security branch.

Activists said the taxes of the commercial stores and small shacks should be paid to the municipality of the city but the security militants are trying to gain money where most of them are behaving as mercenaries.  

Most of booths owners are refugees or poor people depend on selling foodstuffs and tobacco.
