(Zaman Al Wasl)- Syrian Intelligence issued three arrest warrants for Aktham Abu Fakhr, a Syrian migrant who is facing the risk of extradition to Syria by the Dutch authorities, intelligence archive obtained by Zaman al-Wasl showed.
Activists said Abu Fakhr, 26, who had illegally entered Curacao, one of the Dutch islands in Latin America, from Venezuela, will be deported to Syria.
Human rights advocates launched a petition via Avaaz organization demanding the Dutch government not to extradite Abu Fakher who will face the same destiny of thousands of Syrians who had been tortured to death in security chambers.
According to the leaked, regime had issued three warranted for Abu Fakhr by the General, Political and Military Intelligence (No:564975,751294, 916704).
Abu Fakher's political asylum application was rejected by the Dutch embassy in Venezuela since the Latin American country is a key ally for Bashar al-Assad's regime.
