(Zaman Al Wasl)- Five rebel groups in central provinces of Homs and Hama have formed joint operations room to fight regime troops who wage major attack on the southern countryside of Hama, activists said on Monday.
For over a month, regime forces backed by Russian jets have been shelling Har Banfaseh town, seeking to cut supply route for rebels in the nearby al-Hola region.
Rebels said forming one command room is a must to face the mounting challenges since Russia air strikes have revived Basharal-Assad's regime.
Meanwhile, clashes are still ongoing on the battlefronts of al-Hola, Kafranan, and Har Banafseh.
